He holds an Honorary Doctorate (World-HRPC & Health), AI Leadership Certification from the Indian School of Business, and an Executive MBA from Cornell University (Ivy League), New York.

An AIIMS, New Delhi (BASLP) graduate with a Diploma in Vestibular Sciences from Maastricht University, Mr. Sharma leads HearWel with a vision to deliver advanced, ethical, and patient-centric hearing solutions.
